So........
My Secretary of States office has offered to Overnight FED-EX
15 new Seals-Free of Charge- to my courier in Houston.
Dossier will be walked in on Monday.
Awesome!
When does a Government Office EVER do cool stuff like this?!

You know, I find that government agencies CAN actually understand the human-ness of adoption and how insanely important and emotional it all is. We had several people we never would have expected to go out of their way do it for us just because it was an adoption. Makes you feel good to know there are good people out there who CARE!

Lynn- Yeah! One of our FAVORITE people is our UPS guy. He has come in the house to visit all of our newborn children. He is the greatest. The problem I have had has been at the corporate level in Atlanta..Just a real indifferent attitude. Everyone wants to blame someone else. My deal is I do not want to blame anyone...I just want my stuff.

ReplyDeleteOooo, UPS lost adoption docs of ours last year too...we no longer use them. We pay more for FedEx. So glad your state helped you out.
