What I Am Reading...

LIVING BEYOND YOURSELF - Exploring the Fruit of the Spirit

Most days I am NOT very FRUITFUL.

Not something that I am proud of, It's just who I am.

In this study, "Beth challenges you to develop the fruit
by maintaining an intimate relationship with the
Spirit of God."

Each week Beth provides you with a new Scripture"Treasure"
for memorization and meditation.

I will post them on Thursday's. Here is the verse for this week.

Thursday's Treasure :

"Strengthening the disciples and encouraging
them to remain true to the faith. 'We must go through many
hardships to enter the kingdom of God'.they said"

- Acts 14:22

Hopefully, we can all learn to be "Fruitful" together.

Stop by. Take a look.

Peace.

  1. That just reminded me that I need to hurry up and finish your books and send them back. I've learned a lot. The book that you are reading now sounds good as well!

  2. Just like Mike Wells says - It's the ABIDING that counts. If we abide, there will be fruit.

And , girl, you've got plenty of fruit! who told you dat you ain't got no fruit!

If we are aware of our fruit, it's usually plastic. If it's truly the Spirit's fruit, we are usually unaware of it and it's impact on someone else.

  4. Wow, how can someone visit your blog and NOT be happy:-)?? I've seen your comments on many of the blogs that I visit, and I'm so glad I finally "stopped by". Your posts are great!

I've been having a dificult time with "waiting" the past few days, and reading the quote you included in one of your previous posts by Sue Monk Kidd brought me peace.

Just wanted to say 'thank you'
