  2. Yep! Its called cutting, and these certain horses do it instinctually. They are bred to do this. For E-ons cowboys have used this technique to seperate the calf that needed branding or doctoring from the herd. These horses are considered part of the family and historically they have been treated with respect for the work they do. Stacy and his family have raised nationally recognized and celebrated cutting horses since 1962. His daddy died in June of 06 and left the Farm to his sons. Caleb and Dakota are the only granchildren cutting ,right now, But Hannah & Liv are moving in on em' as fast as they can.
    The oldest brother,Rick, is their
    trainer, and Dakota's dad.

  4. Yes, I am planning to get a cutting horse, but I will show in another class. Mostly things in Mississippi, and Texas.
