WEIGH IN!



Ok so I only lost 1 pound this week.

I was really bummed but I was reminded
that I am loosing inches- which is more important.

I forget that with weight training you sometimes
loose only a pound or two a week.

Of course ,I told Brandon that "1 pound" would NEVER do.

I have to get this weight off so that I can get my horse!

I said that I felt like I needed a 1200-1500 calorie diet plan.

He told me that he did not believe in diets and to stop
buying Fitness magazines. He said that those things are full of trash.

WHAT?! I LOVE FITNESS MAGAZINES!

I really do. I never do the exercises in them....but I love them
just the same.

He gave me this sheet of foods. It was separated into 3 groups:

Often, Occasionally , and NEVER!

Oh! Well that was easy.

So I am going to try it.

I ran laps around the gym, did push-ups, curls, and 70 second planks
today.

I wasn't as tired as I thought I'd be.

Maybe he does know what he is talking about.

  1. That makes me feel a little better. When you posted 7 last week, I was all "what?! I don't think so! What is MY problem?!". Now, I feel a little better with my pound or 2 a week.
    I don't know if that was encouraging at all to you. So, let me just say, way to go! Great job! He knows what he is doing!

  3. I am supposed to be running errands but i just had to pop over here and get my Andrea fix! You are just too funny. If i was near, I think I would start talking like you, as it is I sometimes think i am writing like you! haha

    PS you are gorgeous enough as you are!!!! You need someone to remind you even as I say, you go girl, miss disapline!
