After studying it for a few seconds

"Mama, will you open the Worlla-Mella so I can eat it with my face?"

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen a personal trainer post in a while. How are things going?
They are going well, I am down 21 pounds, but I haven't worked with him in about 6 weeks. We had to stop during our riding camps and the rodeos. We are waiting for a better time slot to open up. The getting up at 3A.M. was killing me. I was exhausted by 6:30.
