3 of our 5 children had dentist appointments this week
at THE SMILE CENTER.
They love to go to Our Dentist because he just happens to be family.
He loves my kids like they are his own and they know it.
Once, when Caleb was loosing his first 2 teeth, we had to have
them extracted.
Mr. David refused to do it and sent us to another friend of ours.
He said, "There is no way I am going to pull these teeth and have
him scream and run every time he sees me! I'll let someone else do
it and he can run from them!"
Today Rachel was the "dentist" and Mary was the
"teeth cleaner".
All the dolls and stuffed animals got a good cleaning.
Only a few had cavities and Rachel even had time to
check out her brother, before lunch. She told him, " Your teeth look good.
You have no cavities, Just don't forget to floss! "
David is going to be so proud.
Peace.
ooooh...i have a teeth cleaning this thursday. maybe i'll cancel and come to mary instead!
ReplyDeleteSo, cute! I love when kids play like that!! I also ran out and bought a watermelon yesterday after reading your post! :) YUM!
ReplyDeleteBTW....any chance if you know the answer to this question....CAN I switch agencies now that we are logged in? I thought we couldn't. Thankfully, I'm WAY too worried about this flight to Hawaii to freak about about this just yet. None of it will matter if I crash in a firey wreck! :) I'll have to figure it out in a week. Nothing will change between now and then! But, if you have any insight, I'd love to hear it- you can e-mail me if that is easier: scjchardy@yahoo.com
Thanks, Andrea!!
Jenna, I will leave comment on your blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks for checking on that for me, Andrea! I appreciate it! Right now they are saying that people who need to be switched over for successful completeion of their adoptions (ie- people who need to renew their I-171H or something like that) will be switched over to Holt as outlined in their cessation plan). WHAT a mess!!! Since our plan was to wait a full year before doing anything (like putting in a SN application or anything like that) and all of our stuff is current with time before it runs out, we have the benefit of having some time to see how things shake down. I'm hoping this turns out to be just a small bump in the road. However, I will be calling another agency on Monday (while sitting on the beach in Hawaii) just to see what the deal is- maybe we CAN switch under these circumstances! I'll be interested to hear what you find out!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your help!
Jenna :)
I love how they have the toys TIED into the chair
ReplyDeleteNice post, cute!

ReplyDeletelook how dear they are playing dentist! I wish I had a friend who did dental work -- I'd rather give big ol' piles of cash to a friend! (I have horrible teeth)
