State Rodeo Finals!

We leave tomorrow for the Rodeo Finals. We'll be gone for 4 days.

Caleb is excited.

He will be going to his first dance.
I really want to be there, but I would probably embarrass him
by taking pictures every 2 seconds.

His horse is feeling good after a few injections and a few weeks rest.

Hopefully, he will have a good go of it.
If not- I just hope he makes some memories.

That's what we do this for.

They say " A Happy Childhood Lasts Forever".

I hope so.

His childhood is flying by and there is
nothing I can do to slow it down.

In a few years he'll be off to college and the rest of his life.

I hope he looks back on all of this and smiles.

I know I will.

Peace.

  2. Childhood does go so fast, huh? My kids are still rather young, and it seems to be going by too quickly for me!

    Hope your son does great!

I am so proud to hear and see how Caleb is becoming the fine young man I always knew he would...I treasure the memories of that little blonde haired, pencil swishing, action figure immmitating, inquisitive, deep thinking , compasionate, loving little guy he is quickly leaving behind... But I know that what is ahead will be even greater! Love yall - W...

  7. I am so proud of these precious kids, arent we blessed!! Thanks for all you do for us, particularly Eden. All the 3 a.m. haulings, all the shuttling to Madden to work their horses and the cows were all so worth it to see their sweet youthful smiles that are all too quickly turning into big people smiles. They are such a good group, even the "babies", so somewhere somehow with the grace of God, I know more with each passing day, we are doing something right! We will miss Caleb so much next year because he will be moving into the big boys club of High School Rodeo, but we will be right there watching and cheering him on. Im so proud of their accomplishments in their short time of rodeoing, goodness gracious what will they do next year? We love you all so.
