So last week I get a call saying that things(I.E. Travel Approval)
may be held up.............
Because of THIS!
Things were held up for about a week....
BUT
It seems that we WILL be traveling.......
BUT
we will not hold out TA in our hands until FRIDAY.
Yes- it is taking a little longer than I had hoped...
OK...FINE..... a LOT longer than I had hoped-
But at least we have been told that we can still go.
So that's great.
So tonight -
I will ACTUALLY start packing our 2 tiny little suitcases
and our 2 tiny little computer bags
and pray that everything fits.
We will SERIOUSLY start checking out flight schedules and airlines.
Who knows.....we might even talk about hotels and what we would like
to do while we are there.
I have to tell ya...I am STILL skeptical.
I will believe it when I'm toolin' down the runway of LAX.
And so will my son.
He gets that attitude from his Daddy's people.

I'll be holding my breath too! lol, I'm sure everything will be right on time girl!

ReplyDeleteWe rec'd an email from our agency director last night stating that the TA's for the families planning to travel toward the end of May didn't arrive as promised...hmmmmm. I hope it was just a 'mix up' and not a sign of things to come. Only time will tell I guess.

I would be happy as a lark for Claire to marry that fine boy of yours. You know I would love ALL my girls to marry homeschool boys!! :) I think they make good husbands and daddies!!!!
